We collect personal data from you when you join the Society. This information is protected by UK data protection law. GDPR.

We ask you to provide us with personal details such as name and email address, and telephone number. The data we collect from you is used to enable us to contact you about your membership with us, and allows us to send you information about the Society. You must give us your consent to do this by filling out the GDPR form when you join. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Legal Requirements

While it is unlikely that Radyr Drama Society may be required to disclose your user data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements, we will endeavour to inform you of this requirement wherever possible, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.
