Changes to Radyr bus timetable

The web team are disappointed to hear that Cardiff Bus are reducing the frequency of the 63 which is a vital link between Radyr and Morganstown and the City Centre.

From Monday 27 January 2020 the 63 will only run twice per hour to allow the third bus to become a new 62 which will continue down Llantrisant Road, servicing Rhydlafar rather than turning into Radyr.

Whilst we support additional routes being created to bring public transport options into the new developments, it is disappointing that this is being achieved at the detriment of what is already a limited frequency service for Radyr and Morganstown. These changes will mean that there can be an up to 40 minute gap between services on a weekday – assuming that the buses are running to timetable.
