The Community Council are now listing the latest planning applications for Radyr and Morganstown on your local website…

A new list of applications is published weekly by Division of Development Control of Cardiff Council who are the authority who deal with these submissions and the Council’s Planning Committee decide which of these to approve.

If you have a query on a planning application you can contact Development Control at City Hall or the Clerk of the Community Council. The Clerk is sent copies of most of the plans for local applications and you are welcome to view them in the Clerk’s office of the Old Church Rooms. Just call ahead for an appointment.
