Our Learning for Life, Learning for Work and Learning for Adults with Additional Needs are our new brochures and lists all the courses here at Radyr and throughout Cardiff; copies of which may be obtained from the Library in Park Road or from the Centre or download a copy from the Adult Community Learning Website.

Breakfast, After School & Holiday Club
We offer Breakfast & After School Clubs to children in Radyr Primary School and a Holiday Club to all children aged between 4 and 12.
We are open:
- Breakfast Club 07.30 – 09.00
- After School Club 15.15 – 18.00
- Holiday Club 08.00 – 18.00 (Easter and Summer Holidays)
We have been providing ‘out of school’ clubs in Radyr since around 2000. Our organisation used to be known as ‘Latchkey’ or ‘Radyr Latchkey’, but in February 2020 we changed our name to ‘Go 2 Play’.
Our mission is to deliver an engaging, safe, and secure play environment with friendly, knowledgeable staff that treat children with respect and provide a peace of mind to parents in need of childcare.

Little Haven Nursery – Park Road
We are a pack away nursery within the Radyr Old Church Rooms, a community building on Park Road.
Our opening hours are: (Term time only)
- 8am – 9am – Breakfast club – this service is only open to children aged 3 and above. £8 per session
- 9am – 12pm – main session open to ages 2-5 years.
- 2- 3 year olds £24 per session
- 3-5 year olds £22 per session
- 12pm – 1pm – Lunch club – only available for children attending Radyr Primary school for our chaperone service. £10 per session
We have created a lovely nursery space within The Garth room which offers children the Curiosity Approach ethos.
We are part of the Cardiff Childcare Offer programme.

Mini First Aid Cardiff and Newport
First Aid classes
We deliver award winning baby and child first aid classes for parents and carers, these are regularly held at the Old Church Rooms in Radyr, usually on a monthly basis. We also deliver these as private classes at home, for groups of family and friends.
We also deliver first aid classes for children from the age of 3 to 16, and we can provide workplace qualification courses for the workplace, including Paediatric First Aid Qualification Courses for childcare professionals.

Radyr Primary School has served the children of Radyr and Morganstown since 1896. In 1968, new classroom wings were added on to the original Victorian building as the villages continued to grow. The school currently has 12 classes and approximately 305 pupils on roll.
