Parc Radur Play Area

Work is complete on the new hard standing play area at Parc Radur. This area will also be used for Community events such as the “Concert in the Parc” organised by the Radyr and Morganstown Association.

It was hoped that this area would be have been available for the 2011 Festival event.

This will provide a permanent area for play with an all weather finished surface. The park suffers from boggy conditions in heavy rain. The goal posts can be serviced from either the hard standing or the grass area.

Hopefully it will also deter children from using the closed activity area, playing football and other ball games.
