Cardiff in Bloom 2008
The Old Church Rooms has been awarded 1st prize for the Best Kept Community Building Garden 2008. For many years, the OCR has won prizes for its summer flower display thanks to the horticultural magic of Cllr Sue Philpott who grows the plants and Norman Clewer who nurtures them through the season. The recent wet summers of 2007 and 2008 have been a particular challenge. Congratulations!
