I make sure our online community can blend fully with those meeting on-site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About the Methodist Church in Cardiff and Caerphilly<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cardiffmethodist.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-39 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/11\/CardiffMethodist.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"145\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a>The Methodist church in Cardiff and Caerphilly is joined in what we call a circuit, this is in order to provide support and fellowship with each other. The Ministers across the team work closely together and are fortunate to enjoy excellent working relationships with each other and ecumenically<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cardiffmethodist.org.uk\">http:\/\/cardiffmethodist.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>About the Methodist Church across the UK<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/methodist.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-38 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/11\/methodist_logo_30.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"188\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Methodist Church is still organised in a methodical way using many of the structures introduced by its founder, John Wesley. However, the Church is quite pragmatic, and is willing to make changes where they seem desirable.<\/p>\n<p>Structures are there to enable decision making that takes account of all concerns and views within the Church. No one is given supreme authority &#8211; consultation is vital.
